As a wholly owned subsidiary of Medco Health Solutions Inc., Systemed L.L.C. provides prescription benefit programs to employer groups with 15,000 employes or less. Formed in 1997, the company directly manages more than 550 health plan clients across the nation and helps thousands more through Third Party Administrators (TPAs), brokers, and consultants.
