Celebrating Texas’s BEST in employee benefits programs

Texas Business Group on Health is proud to announce the first Texas Star Benefits Award to recognize an outstanding Texas employer for its commitment to a healthy, engaged, and productive workforce through innovative benefits solutions.

The Texas Star Benefits Award honors a TBGH Corporate Member and its benefits team for implementing innovative and effective approaches to employee health and well-being programs through benefits design changes that advance employee health and healthcare value; creative use of technology to facilitate informed, value-based healthcare decisions; novel employee engagement solutions that promote healthy lifestyles and a positive attitude at work; or successful collaboration with other stakeholders that resulted in improved healthcare quality, cost-effectiveness, transparency, and accountability.
